TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Complimentary shuttle service within the Resort.
- Rates quoted are inclusive of daily buffet breakfast. Breakfast via Room Service order is not included in the rates quoted.
- The bedding type of all rooms blocked as illustrated above are of combination of king and twin bedding configuration. Any requests for guaranteed bedding type are subject to availability upon room confirmation.
- Extra Bed is chargeable at RM180.00 per unit per night with breakfast for one (1) person.
- Complimentary standard WIFI Connection in all guestrooms.
- All rooms are inclusive of complimentary coffee and tea making facilities.
- Employee identification card (ID) or department confirmation letter is required upon check-in. Each ID / letter is entitled up to two rooms per booking. Hotel’s prevailing rates of the day shall be applied if no valid proof produced upon check-in.
- Rates quoted are applicable for stay of 3 days pre-event and 3 days post-event arrangement exclusively for Jabatan Kehakiman Syariah Negeri Sabah. Rates are not valid for other event(s) held within the Resort.
- Rates quoted are applicable for this event and not valid for other event(s) even though held at this Resort.
- Rates quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of 8% Service Tax. In the event of any revision to the rate of Service Tax by the Malaysian Government, the rates (prices) quoted will be adjusted accordingly after applying the revised rate of Service Tax.
- The above rates are subject to payment of Tourism Tax of RM10.00 per room per night by the guests (tourists)* direct to the Hotel in accordance with the Tourism Tax Act 2017 of Malaysia. [*Malaysian nationals or permanent residents who hold MyPR card are exempted from payment of the Tourism Tax].
