- Advance bookings are highly recommended, especially for weekends and peak periods.
- Weekday bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm.
- Weekends and public holidays require full prepayment at least one day in advance.
- Credit card details may be requested to secure appointments. All personal data is strictly confidential.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations within 8 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking value.
- For gift voucher bookings, the same policy applies and the corresponding value will be deducted.
- Group bookings of 5 or more require one week’s notice for cancellation. No-shows for group bookings will be fully charged.
