Advance bookings are highly recommended, especially for weekends and peak periods.
Weekday bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm.
Weekends and public holidays require full prepayment at least one day in advance.
Credit card details may be requested to secure appointments. All personal data is strictly confidential.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations within 8 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking value.
For gift voucher bookings, the same policy applies and the corresponding value will be deducted.
Group bookings of 5 or more require one week’s notice for cancellation. No-shows for group bookings will be fully charged.
