The Guest including Minors(below 18 years of age) agrees to assume all risks associated with the boat travel to and from the Resort, and/or for participating in the activities at the Resort and/or patronizing the Resort, and shall release the Resort and/or its Company including its officers and/or employees from all and any loss, damages, liability, claims, demands, costs, expenses, personal injury or death, howsoever caused.
Tourism Tax of MYR 10 nett per room, per night applies to foreign passport holders. The tax will be collected upon check out by the Resort on behalf of the government, and is not included in he total room cost. All Malaysians and Permanent Residents are exempted.
