  • All bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be amended. Shortening of stays or changing dates is not allowed.
  • Unused portions of the package are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Tourism Tax of MYR 10 nett per room, per night applies to foreign passport holders. The tax will be collected upon check out by the Resort on behalf of the government, and is not included in he total room cost. All Malaysians and Permanent Residents are exempted.
