This elegant tasting menu highlights three distinctive preparations, each inspired by global techniques and elevated with modern presentation. From the delicate crunch of a honeycomb and cashew nut crusted rack, to the soulful comfort of slow-roasted ribs in the style of Ticino and the dramatic finish of a golden-baked filet d’agneau en croûte, every plate reflects craftsmanship, heritage and indulgence.
