SHR presents Raya cake to Sabah Head of State

SUTERA Harbour Resort presented Raya cake to Head of State of Sabah His Excellency Tun Datuk Seri Panglima Dr Haji Juhar Bin Datuk Haji Mahiruddin and His consort YABhg Toh Puan Datuk Seri Panglima Dr Hajah Norlidah Binti Tan Sri Datuk R.M. Jasni during the Hari Raya Aidilfitri Cake Presentation Ceremony at the State Palace on 19 April 2023.

The cake presentation was led by the Executive Committee members (EXCOM) of Sutera Harbour Resort, Adrian De Rozario, General Manager of The Magellan Sutera Resort; Rick Blackie, General Manager of Sutera Harbour Golf & Marina Country Club; and Madam Elaine Kwan, Group Director of Sales & Marketing.

Depicting Masjid Putih As’Sofia, the massive 50-kg cake comprising 4 flavours; Sabah Banana Chocolate cake, Sweet Nestum cake, Brown Banana Chocolate cake and Petit Four was created by Sutera Harbour Resort’s pastry team led by Chef Pritchard Ligadu @ Leo.
