• Valid for your room reservation no later than 30 June 2024 before 2:00pm. Reservation request after this date will be subject to room availability.
• The above rates are inclusive of Buffet Breakfast – One (1) breakfast for Single; Two (2) breakfasts for Double/ Twin sharing.
• The above rates are based on per room per night basis.
• The above rates are only applicable during the above conference only, 3 days prior and 3 days after the event.
• All rates are NETT in Ringgit Malaysia inclusive of 8% Service Tax.
• Tourism Tax of RM10.00 per room per night is payable by tourists to the Hotel where they are staying, in accordance with the Tourism Tax Act 2017 of Malaysia.
  Tourists staying at the Hotel who are Malaysian nationals or permanent residents who hold MyPR card are exempted from payment of the Tourism Tax.
• A confirmation letter will be sent to indicate a confirmed booking.
• Extra Person – A charge of RM 180.00 nett per extra person or per extra rollaway bed per night is applicable, inclusive of one (1) breakfast; with a maximum of one rollaway per room.
