Notes:
| a) | Above charges are calculated based on Length Overall (LOA) on a per foot run basic. |
| b) | Boats are measured from tip to tip, inclusive of bowsprit, pulpit and swim platform (where applicable) |
| c) | Multi hulls are charged at 2 times the applicable rates. |
| d) | The minimum chargeable length shall be 30 feet. |
| e) | Berthing fees for visitors are payable in advance. |
| f) | Check in time: 12 noon ; Check out time: 12 noon the next day |
| g) | Tariff for mega-yachts are available upon request. |
| h) | Separate charges for electricity will apply. Water charges are included in the above tariff. |
| i) | All vessels must comply with club's by-law and Immigration and Laws of Malaysia. |
| j) | All vessels coming to Sutera Harbour effective from 1st January 2005 must be equipped with the black water tank. Failing which, entry will be denied. |
| k) | Visiting yacht will enjoy privileges as a hotel guest. |
| l) | Seperate charges will apply for tee and mega yacht stern-to berthing. Surchages will apply for berth under premium A and B category. |
