PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

We refer to the advertisements and publications in respect of the Project known as d'Banyan Residency @ Sutera ("the said Project") in the local and overseas market.

We, Sutera Harbour Golf & Country Club Bhd of No. 1, Sutera Harbour Boulevard, 88100 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah hereby notify and disclaim any association with the development of the said Project and that we have not entered into any agreement with the Developer of the said Project namely Camelia Tropicana Sdn Bhd, for the sale of any of the Club Membership/s of Sutera Harbour Golf & Country Club Bhd nor have we offered our Club facilities to the Developer and/or their purchasers of the units of houses of the said Project as at the date of this announcement.

We further notify the public that all Club Membership/s shall be secured directly through Sutera Harbour Golf & Country Club Bhd and we have not at any time authorized the Developer or their agents or any party to represent us in the sale of the Club Membership/s to the Developer or to the purchasers of the units of houses in the said Project. We therefore are not obliged to entertain or liaise with any party in respect of the above matter or in relation to the Project.
