Position               : Chef De Partie 3rd Wok (Chinese Kitchen)

    Job Responsibilities:

    Responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen and food preparation according to the standard set.

    • Provides training, coaching and support to Kitchen Staff who may be less experienced to ensure a consistent and quality food.

    • Supervises and coordinates activities of Demi Chef and Commis engaged in the food preparation.

    • Inspects and trains Staff on safety and sanitation standards.

    • Performs monthly kitchen inspections as per health and safety standards. Reports findings to Group Executive Chef.


    Job Requirements:

    • Skilled knowledge in the operations of standard kitchen equipment and appliances.

    • Possess skill, knowledge and experience in handling food safety, hygiene, storage, food costing and market list.

    • SPM/STPM/Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/ Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

    • At least three (3) years related experience in 5 Star Hotel with knowledge in   Pastry/Western/Local/Chinese cuisine menu.
